Sledding Paper Art Card

Thank you for coming by to visit my blog and a big thanks to you if you have the time to leave a comment and/or join as a follower. I want to say I really appreciate all the comments on my last post.  Please let me know you stopped by, so I can be sure and return the favor. 

I wanted to thank everyone that stopped by for a visit while I was away.  My father passed away a few weeks ago and I was the primary caregiver for him.

Impression Obsession - Carolers (boy and I used hat from girl)

Papertry Ink - In The Meadow Die

    Your winter sled scene is so neat, I love the snowy trees and your cool layering of the clouds!

    I haven't been around or blogging due to having a lot of medical issues. Hope to be around soon though.

  12. Though this is my first visit here, I hated to read that you lost your father. My FIL passed in August and it has been a hard adjustment. He lived 2 blocks from us and I knew him longer than I knew my own father. Let grief take it's course, as I learned when I lost my own mother and then my father years ago.

    Your paper art is so cool! I have never played with paper much, but I really like the bits you put together to create scenes. How fun!

  14. I am so sorry to read about your loss. The same thing hppened to me a few years ago and I know what you are going through. I found crafting to be a great comfort and a way to escape from the day to day realities for an hour or two, I hope it can do the same for you.

    I have been looking at your recent posts, you have a very distinctive style. This card is a lovely winter scene, the blue in the sky really pops and I love the glittery clouds.
